The company maintains a significant inventory of 5,000 to 6,000 MT of material at its Ahmedabad warehouse to ensure reliable and timely supply.Role Description The Account Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities. This role includes preparing and maintaining financial records, supporting the creation and review of financial statements, and ensuring accurate posting of transactions in accounting systems. The Account Officer will handle accounts receivable and payable, assist with reconciliations, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. The position also involves generating periodic reports, supporting audits, and responding to customer and vendor queries in a professional manner while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.QualificationsStrong understanding of Finance and the ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating account balances, identifying discrepancies, and supporting decision-making.Customer Service skills to manage vendor and client interactions, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive relationships.Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordination with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) for daily financial operations and reporting.Knowledge of basic taxation and compliance requirements relevant to trading and distribution businesses.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work accurately with numbers, maintain confidentiality, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.Tally Entry experience : 3-4 yearsSalary Range : 16k-22kLocation : Vasna Vadodara.Call : Chanda HR 78618 80646
