**Role & responsibilites:** Overall in charge of and Monitoring of Accounts, Finance, Tax Compliances for the HO and branches. Handling banking, working capital limits compliance, renewal, monthly submission of statements etc,  Finalisation of quarterly and annual financial results, including those of subsidiaries, monitoring MIS reporting. To lead the existing team of accounts & finance team of the head office and branches.
