Accounting Manager

Experience: 5+ YearsCTC: ₹14.5–15 LPADepartment: Finance – Corporate AccountingAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Finance/Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, supervise the accounting team, and ensure accurate financial reporting, timely book closure, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable, General Ledger, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations.Oversee fixed assets, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and intercompany accounting.Ensure timely monthly book closure using Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks.Prepare financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.Support external audits, tax, and statutory compliance.Lead, train, and evaluate accounting team members.Coordinate with US-based teams and support QSF accounting/reporting requirements.Mandatory RequirementsCA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualification.5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, including 2–3 years of supervisory experience.Strong corporate accounting and financial reporting knowledge.Excellent Excel skills and strong English communication.Oracle NetSuite experience highly preferred; exposure to QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally is an advantage.Flexibility to work in different shifts and on Indian holidays when required.Walk-In Drive DetailsDrive Dates:12–16 October 202619–23 October 2026No walk-in on Weekends and on 20th.Walk-in timing: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PMInterested candidates: Please attend the walk-in interview with your updated resume and relevant qualification details.
