*ONLY FOR AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT*Role and ResponsibilitiesPerforming the audit& assistance assignment as per standards/ checklists. Ensuring timely collection of all information and documents with respect to audit/assignment. Audit /assignment documentation (file & I firm). Preparation of draft report including annexure. Knowledge updation & sharing. Involvement in the audit and observe all the works. Training new articles.He/she shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts,deeds,documents,and legal advisory/memos on various corporate legal matters.Good communication skills Required Qualification: CA Inter/ IPCC
