We provide services related to GST and TDS compliance. We are statutory branch auditors of public sector bank and few private sector banks.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant/Audit assistant at N Venkatesh & Associates located in Chennai. The Articled Assistant will provide support to the accounting team and learn the ins and outs of accounting practices such as preparing accounts, tax returns, and financial statements. The Articled Assistant will also be involved in auditing processes and client communication.QualificationsBasic understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExposure to accounting software like Tally is preferredAttention to detail and accuracy in workEffective communication skills, both written and verbalBachelor's degree in Commerce or related fieldCertifications such as CA Inter one or both groups completed is preferredExperience in accounting, auditing, or tax preparation is a plus
