**AVP/ Assistant Vice President - Accounts For Well Manufacturing Industry** **Location: Navi Mumbai** **Reporting to Top Management** This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for driving the operational excellence of the Accounts and Plant Management function. The AVP will lead end-to-end accounting, consolidation, IND AS Compliance, taxation, receivables & collections, plant and product accounting, financial controls and SAP-enabled finance operations, while driving automation and building a strong, accountable finance team. **Responsibilities:** **1. Team Leadership** **Education** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) **Experience** - Post Qualification experience 12 to 18 years Strong experience in Accounts, Accounting Operations, Consolidation and Financial Reporting. Strong working knowledge of IND AS and statutory accounting requirements. Experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation and statutory payments/compliances. Strong understanding of Product Accounting, Receivables and Collections. Hands-on knowledge of SAP and finance systems.
