Together, we tackle future-focused topics like Al and the digitalization of finance, delivering smart solutions for our customers.Whether you're just beginning your career or are an experienced professional, Linedata offers exposure to large-scale client projects, internal mobility and opportunities to develop your skills alongside leading experts.Position ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve the following critical activities: Oversee end-to-end fund accounting cycle across PE, Private Credit and Hedge FundsOversee and Review of Financial Statements and regulatory reportingEnsure deliverables adhere to agreed SLAs, SOPs, and control frameworksAct as escalation point for complex client queries and operational issuesLiaise directly with clients through calls and emails and build strong working relationshipsDrive process improvements, automation and operational efficienciesParticipate actively in hiring process including screening, interviews and talent selectionSupport business growth initiatives and assist in scaling operations for new mandatesContribute to knowledge building across asset classes by conducting internal training and building SMEsDevelop and maintain SOPs, checklists, training material and knowledge repositoryManage team capacity planning and performance managementMentor Managers and conduct periodic reviewsEngage in transitions and new client onboarding projects
