Branch Manager – Accounts, Taxation & Client Advisory

B.L. Purohit & Co. is expanding its presence in the Northeast and is looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage our Shillong. Meghalaya branch office. In this role, you will handle the branch's day-to-day operations, lead client relationships across accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and advisory engagements, and represent the firm within the local business community. This role is designed as the first step on a clear growth path. A Branch Manager who demonstrates strong performance in running the branch and growing its client base will be considered for elevation to Branch Head, and from there, to Associate Partner — taking full ownership and leadership of the branch as a partner of the firm. It's suited to a CA who wants to prove themselves in an autonomous, client-facing role with a genuine, performance-linked route to partnership
