Job Title: Business Finance ManagerWork Location: Bangalore / ChennaiExperience: 3+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with business and delivery leaders in driving profitability, financial planning, forecasting, commercial decision-making, and performance management within an IT Services/ITES environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and business reviewsAnalyze revenue, margins, utilization, pricing, and cost driversPartner with Delivery, Sales, and Account Management teamsSupport deal pricing, contract reviews, bid evaluations, and commercial decisionsMonitor revenue recognition, billing, profitability, and margin improvement initiativesPrepare MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership presentationsEnsure compliance with financial controls and governance processesRequirements✅ CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution✅ 3+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A✅ Experience in IT Services, ITES, Consulting, or Global Delivery organizations✅ Strong understanding of T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services financial models✅ Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, margin management, and business partnering✅ Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/Reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI)PreferredGlobal customer exposure (US/Europe)Experience supporting large accounts/service linesStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
