This role offers exposure to General Ledger accounting, month-end close activities, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives in a global business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end and year-end financial close activities.Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.Assist in intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements.Support financial reporting and compliance requirements.Analyze financial data and help resolve accounting discrepancies.Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.Key SkillsStrong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements.Knowledge of General Ledger and Intercompany Accounting concepts.Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and Power BI is an added advantage.QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) - FreshersStrong academic record and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.Interested candidates can share their resume or connect directly.
