***Job Role : Taxation Department*** **Required Technical Skill Set : CA (Direct Tax Transfer Pricing)** **Desired Experience Range : 4 to 10 Year** **Location of Requirement : Mumbai** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have:** 1.Manage transfer pricing compliance and documentation activities for domestic and international group entities 2.Review and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with applicable transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines 3.Prepare and support transfer pricing reports and forms 4.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across finance, accounting, treasury, legal, and business teams to gather and validate data 5.Support transfer pricing assessments, audits, litigation matters, and responses to tax authority notices 6.Monitor developments in transfer pricing regulations, international taxation and BEPS initiatives 7.Knowledge of taxation concepts 8.Accounting and tax knowledge 9.Good communication skills 10.Passionate to learn and grow with the organization **Good-to-Have:** 1.Basic knowledge of Pillar and other OECD initiatives 2.Analytical bend towards economics 3.Basic knowledge of international taxation 4.Good presentation skills 5.Experience of working on Oracle R-12 ERP Tax Module **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:** 1.Independently compiling and analyzing data required for Transfer Pricing compliance purposes. 2.Review of Transfer Pricing study reports and preparation of Transfer Pricing Audit documents 3.Preparations of submissions for the Transfer Pricing litigations 4.Responsibles for compliances including preparation of inter-company agreements, compliance tracker 5.Co-ordination across various teams in the organization for obtaining data, resolving queries, etc.
