CA Fresher - Audit (Travel involved)

There are currently 3 openings - CPC Audit - - Lead end-to-end execution of CPC audits, ensuring adherence to audit methodology, regulatory requirements, and established timelines. - Conduct risk assessments, thematic reviews and special audits to identify control gaps and emerging risks. - Review audit observations, validate root causes, and recommend sustainable corrective / preventive actions. - Monitor compliance closures and ensure quality review before final sign-off. - Involve in standardization and enhancement of audit checklists, and reporting frameworks. - Leverage data analytics to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and risk identification. - Engage with stakeholders to discuss findings, remediation plans, and governance requirements. - Should be able to travel for completing Assignments. - Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals. - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Retail Lending Audit - - Lead end-to-end execution of Retail Lending audits, ensuring adherence to audit methodology, regulatory requirements, and established timelines. - Conduct risk assessments, thematic reviews and special audits to identify control gaps and emerging risks. - Review audit observations, validate root causes, and recommend sustainable corrective / preventive actions. - Monitor compliance closures and ensure quality review before final sign-off. - Involve in standardization and enhancement of audit checklists, and reporting frameworks. - Leverage data analytics to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and risk identification. - Engage with stakeholders to discuss findings, remediation plans, and governance requirements. - Should be able to travel occasionally for completing reviews and assignments. - Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals. - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
