**Job description** Primary Roles: **1.  Audits**: Work closely with statutory and internal auditors to comply with audit requirements, attending to and ensuring the timely closure of audit issues and matters. **2.** **Accounting Supervision**: Supervise, direct, and review the work of the accounting team, including prepaids, provisions, payables, receivables, revenue and expense recording, and payment processing. **3.  MIS Reporting:** Prepare and review monthly P&L statements, business MIS reports, and ad-hoc management reports as required. **4.  Tax Compliance:** Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and GST laws within due dates, including tax payments, return filings, and coordination with consultants. **5.  Financial Management**: Oversee working capital management, maintain the Fixed Asset Register, and contribute to the annual budgeting exercise. **6.  Net Worth Certification:** Prepare Net Worth Certificates, including calculations related to applicable Ind AS. **7.  Budgeting:** Coordinate and prepare the annual budget in consultation with various business and functional teams, including necessary amendments. **8.  Financial Statements:**Prepare and review financial statements and related schedules in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements. Secondary Roles: **1.  Regulatory Compliance:** Coordinate with the Compliance Team to provide finance-related data, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for submissions to SEBI and other regulatory authorities.  **2.  Ledger & Account Scrutiny:** Conduct periodic scrutiny of general ledgers, sub-ledgers, expense accounts, receivables, payables, provisions, prepaid expenses, statutory liabilities, and other balance sheet accounts.  **Preferred candidate profile:** - Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA-2024/25/26) - Articleship: Completed Articleship from a reputed firm with exposure to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and IND AS/Financial Reporting - Good knowlegde of Finalization of Accounts, GST, TDS & Income Tax - Good Analytical skills, Willing to work as an Individual Contributor(Doer) - Preference: Cnadidates looking for Industry exposure in Financial Company / AMC / BFSI
