**Eligibility** - Qualified CA 2025 or 2026 pass-outs• CPA candidates• Candidates should have a strong foundation in accounting and auditing• Knowledge of US GAAP / GAAS / PCAOB will be an added advantage **Key Responsibilities** - Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures in accordance with GAAS and PCAOB standards.• Prepare audit workpapers supporting financial statements prepared under US GAAP.• Identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately.• Support junior associates and provide guidance on audit processes.• Perform basic review of work prepared by entry-level associates.• Ensure compliance with professional and firm-level ethical standards throughout audit engagements. **Core Skills & Competencies** - Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills• Ability to execute audit procedures effectively• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and time-management skills
