CA Fresher - Internal Audit Manager

**Role & responsibilities** We are looking for a **CA First Attempt Fresher** interested in building a strong foundation in **Internal Audit within the Compliance Department**. Candidates who have completed articleship with exposure to **internal audits, compliance reviews, or process audits** are encouraged to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in conducting internal audits across compliance functions. - Review internal controls, regulatory adherence, and process gaps. - Support in preparing audit workpapers, observations, and reports. - Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather and verify data. - Contribute to monitoring and enhancing compliance frameworks. **Requirements:** - CA First Attempt (Freshly cleared). - Articleship experience in internal audit / compliance / process audit preferred. - Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. - Good understanding of audit methodologies and regulatory expectations. **WalkIn Drive:** We are conducting a **WalkIn Drive on Monday** for this role.
