**Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for preparation and review of Credit Appraisal Notes for Promoter Funding / Structured Finance proposals. - Work with Business and Technology teams to design and configure the credit and operational processes for the new digital LAS platform. - Define financial logic, credit parameters, approval workflows, controls and MIS requirements for the digital platform. - Leading in UAT, system testing and validation of the LAS application, including identification and resolution of process/system gaps. - Regularly review and maintain the approved list of securities eligible for funding. - Monitor and manage credit and risk aspects of the LAS book, including exposure, collateral and portfolio-level risks. - Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow statements for the business and track daily fund movements, including client disbursements and repayments. - Manage and monitor the IPO Funding Book, including exposure and repayment tracking. - Prepare monthly and quarterly budgets and variance reports for the LAS business. - Prepare weekly and monthly Business Review MIS, providing meaningful insights on business performance, portfolio and key risk indicators. - Manage and monitor client-level accounting and financial data within the LAS application. - Monitor and follow up with the Legal team on legal cases and related matters impacting the LAS portfolio. - Analyse business and portfolio data to identify trends, exceptions, risks and opportunities for process improvement. - Work closely with Technology teams to ensure that the digital LAS platform accurately reflects business requirements, credit policies, financial calculations and internal controls.
