CA Fresher Financial Services **Location:** Mumbai **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) About the Role We are looking for a **CA Fresher / Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant** with relevant **Articleship experience specifically within the Financial Services sector**. The ideal candidate should have exposure to audit, accounting, financial reporting, risk, controls, or advisory assignments for clients in **Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or other Financial Services businesses**. Key Responsibilities - Work on financial reporting, audit, accounting, and assurance assignments for Financial Services clients. - Analyze financial statements and business processes. - Review internal controls, processes, and risk areas. - Support statutory / internal / financial audits and related assignments. - Perform analytical review of financial and operational data. - Assist in preparation and review of audit reports and working papers. - Understand and apply relevant RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, Companies Act and Ind AS requirements, wherever applicable. - Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business and financial requirements. - Support identification of control gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities. Mandatory Requirements - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Fresher. - Articleship experience MUST be in the Financial Services / BFSI sector. - Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements. - Good analytical and communication skills. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
