We are hiring ! **Job Title**: L4 / L5 Indirect Tax (Litigation, Audit & Advisory and Compliances) **Department:** Taxation - Finance & Accounts **Location:** Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co Ltd, TRIL Infinity IT Park, Goregaon(E), Mumbai **Experience**: 4 to 5 years **Qualification**: Qualified CA (mandatory) To inquire about job kindly contact to kil.mene-snehal@kotak.com or Dm on 9819760337 **Skills Needed : candidate must know GST law, litigation , Notice hiring and ITC well.** **Job Description :** 1. *Handle GST Notices & Cases:* Reply to GST department notices on time, manage all appeals and court cases. 2. *Drafting & Paperwork:* Prepare replies, collect documents for GST officers. 3. *Meet GST Officers:* Go in front of GST authorities for clarification / submission. 4. *Full India Compliance:* Make sure GST returns and compliance for all states is done on time. 5. *Check Contracts:* See any new agreement / vendor contract and tell if there is any GST risk. 6. *Input Tax Credit:* Handle which GST credit we can take, which is blocked, as per Rule 42 & 43. 7. *Audit Handling:* Coordinate with Internal & Statutory Auditors. 8. *New Law Updates:* If any new GST rule comes, study it, inform management, and implement it in Kotak Life. 9. *Automation:* Help to make GST work automatic in system, not manual.
