Job Title: CA Intermediate Corporate Accounting **Location:** Bengaluru **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Permanent **Experience:** 2–3 Years post CA Intermediate qualification Job Description We are looking for CA Intermediate qualified professionals with 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounting or Financial Accounting to join a reputed multinational organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, month-end closing and accounting controls. Candidates with experience in large MNCs, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Big 4 firms or established corporate organizations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day corporate and financial accounting activities. - Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes. - Prepare and review journal entries and accounting adjustments. - Handle General Ledger (GL) activities and maintain accurate financial records. - Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations. - Support financial statement preparation and management reporting. - Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and company procedures. - Coordinate with internal finance teams and stakeholders. - Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency. Required Skills - CA Intermediate qualification is mandatory. - 2–3 years of relevant experience after clearing CA Intermediate. - Hands-on experience in Corporate Accounting or Financial Accounting. - Strong knowledge of General Ledger, journal entries and reconciliations. - Experience in month-end and financial closing activities. - Understanding of financial reporting and accounting controls. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel. - Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Workday or other ERP/accounting systems is preferred. - Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in MNCs, GCCs, Big 4 firms or large corporate organizations. - Experience working in a structured finance and accounting environment. - Candidates currently working in full-time, permanent employment will be preferred. **Mandatory Criteria:** CA Intermediate qualified with 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. **Industry:** Accounting / Finance / Corporate Finance **Role:** Corporate Accounting / Financial Accounting
