**Role & responsibilities** **Job Title: Finance Intern (CA Preferred)** **Location:** Mumbai **Duration:** 12 Months Internship **Company:** Mastek Please note that this is a **12-month internship** and the **stipend offered is 15,000 per month**. **About the Role** Mastek is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Interns (preferably CA students/freshers) to join our Finance team in Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong academic background in Finance, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. The selected interns will gain hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations and may be considered for future opportunities across Delivery or other business functions based on performance and business requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. - Analyze financial data and prepare management reports. - Work on financial reconciliations and data validation. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Prepare Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for finance-related activities. - Support various finance transformation and process improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - CA Inter/CA Final pursuing, CA Fresher, or candidates with a strong Finance academic background. - Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance fundamentals. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis). - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills** - Prior internship or experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, FP&A, or Financial Analysis. - Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems. - Experience in preparing financial reports and dashboards. **Eligibility** - Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. - Available for a full-time internship for 12 months. - Strong academic track record in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. **What You'll Gain** - Hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations. - Opportunity to work with experienced finance professionals. - Exposure to large-scale business processes and reporting. - Potential opportunity to transition into other functions within Mastek based on business needs and performance. **Preference:** CA candidates (CA Inter/CA Final/CA Freshers) will be given priority consideration. **Preferred candidate profile** CA Fresher CA Pursuing **Perks and benefits** Hybrid Mode Kindly Share your Resume on Ajit.Waghchaure@Mastek.com
