**Role & responsibilities** - Experience in coordinating with auditors and managing the finalisation of accounts, including reporting to management. - Sound knowledge of MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliance requirements. - Good understanding of Direct and Indirect Tax regulations and compliances. - Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 56 members. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred candidate profile** - A Qualified CA with 2 to 5 Years of post qualification experience. - With exp in Ministry of Corporate Affairs compliance.
