CFO Services Executive

Mantra Corporate Advisory | Kalina, Mumbai At Mantraa, we partner with businesses and promoters to support their growth through strategic financial planning, business performance analysis, and execution-focused advisory. We are looking for a motivated and analytical CFO Services Executive to join our team and work closely with clients across industries, gaining hands-on exposure to financial management and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Supervision of accounts, support in compliances like TDS, GST, etc and finalisation of accounts. Prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management information system (MIS) reports. Analyse financial performance, profitability, and key business metrics to provide actionable insights. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial planning requirements. Support business planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making. Review financial statements and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency. Coordinate with client finance teams, promoters, and management to support effective financial management. Desired Candidate Profile CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com or equivalent qualification. 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or CFO services. Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply. Good understanding of financial statements, accounting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel; experience in financial modelling and MIS reporting will be an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of assignment.
