Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting. * Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures. * Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances. * Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits. * Handle ARC and Trust accounting, stressed asset acquisitions and recoveries. * Prepare MIS reports, budgeting and forecasting. * Support RBI regulatory reporting and internal financial controls. Candidate Requirements: * Qualified CA with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience. * Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and audits. * ARC experience preferred. * Candidates from NBFCs, Banks and Financial Services backgrounds are welcome. * Good understanding of Ind AS, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
