Every engagement is led by a partner holding the relevant credential, not handed between generalists and outside specialists.The roleWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience to take on independent engagement responsibility within our assurance practice, working closely with partners on statutory audit and related assignments across a varied client base.What you will doLead audit fieldwork and manage engagement timelines with minimal supervisionReview IFC/ICFR documentation and testing performed by junior staffHandle client-facing communication during fieldwork and finalisationCoordinate with tax and other practice teams on cross-functional engagementsMentor articled trainees on the engagement teamWhat we are looking forChartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in statutory auditWorking knowledge of Ind AS and the Companies Act 2013 audit and reporting requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage engagement timelines and junior team membersStrong client communication skillsLocation: Chennai
