The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, and compliance. Prior exposure to listed companies and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is essential.Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements (RFS) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Conduct or assist in the statutory audit of listed companies. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and financial reviews. Assist in resolving accounting, audit, and compliance-related matters. Keep updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience. Practical experience in preparing Restated Financial Statements (RFS). Experience in the audit of listed companies. Strong knowledge and practical application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Good understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax (GST). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
