Join us to be a part of India's green energy revolution! **Job Description** **GK Energy Limited** is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)** to strengthen our Finance and Accounts team. The ideal candidate will handle financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. If you have a strong background in corporate finance and want to grow in the booming energy sector, we would love to have you on board. **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - Financial Reporting & Accounting: - Preparation, finalization, and review of standalone and consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind-AS / IGAAP. - Managing day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. - Taxation & Statutory Compliances: - Timely filing and compliance of Direct & Indirect Taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, Advance Tax, etc.). - Handling tax assessments, audits, and liaisoning with tax authorities and consultants. - Auditing & Internal Controls: - Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for smooth completion of annual and periodic audits. - Ensuring robust internal financial controls and implementing process improvements to mitigate financial risks. - Treasury & Working Capital Management: - Monitoring cash flows, fund management, bank reconciliation, and working capital optimization. - Managing banking operations, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and loan servicing. - MIS & Financial Analysis: - Preparing monthly/quarterly MIS reports, variance analysis, and budget tracking for management decision-making. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Must be a member of ICAI). - Experience: [2-5] years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance/accounts (Experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Energy sector will be an added advantage). - Technical Skills: - Sound knowledge of Ind-AS, GST, Income Tax Act, and Company Law. - Hands-on experience with Tally and advanced MS Excel. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team.
