The candidate will be involved in accounting, taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance activities while gaining exposure to various aspects of corporate finance and business operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements. - Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities. - Prepare and review accounting records, reconciliations, and MIS reports. - Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. - Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements. - Assist management with financial data analysis and decision-support reports. - Participate in process improvement and internal control initiatives. **Eligibility Criteria** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - CA Freshers are welcome to apply. - Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. - Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. - Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
