We work with international clients and offer exposure to multiple industries and reporting frameworks. **Role:**Chartered Accountant (CA) US Accounting / US GAAP **Location:**Paldi, Ahmedabad **Work mode:**Work from Office **What youll do** - Manage and review accounting operations: general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations - Prepare, review and analyze financial statements and management reports - Lead month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and on time - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements - Investigate variances and discrepancies and recommend corrective action - Support internal and external audits (schedules, documentation, records) - Monitor financial controls and improve accounting workflows - Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues **Who were looking for** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) - Hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis - Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing and financial controls - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software - Able to work independently, juggle priorities and meet deadlines **Good to have** - US Accounting / US GAAP experience - KPO, outsourcing or international client experience - Odoo ERP or similar ERP exposure - Multi-client accounting experience **Why join us** - Work on international clients across the US, UK, Australia, Dubai and Canada - Exposure to multiple industries and reporting frameworks - Clear progression from CA / Senior Accountant to Assistant Manager, Manager and Team Lead roles - Competitive salary with annual performance-linked increments - Professional, collaborative team culture - Paid leaves and public holidays **How to apply:** Click Apply on Naukri or email your resume to **hr@adasglobus.com**.
