Maintenance of A/c's and MIS reporting in accordance with Sanmar Accounting policies** Submission of MIS, Weekly report, Flash, Operations review report. Submission of Stock and debtors statement and QIS. **2. To ensure proper coordination with internal and Statutory audit requirements.** Coordinating with auditors (Statutory & Internal ) Co-ordinate with the internal auditors and conform with the internal audit reports. Handling of statutory audit, Tax Audit **3. On-time completion of monthly and annual accounting activities.** Execution of standard costing , Actual costing Calculating WIP, variance against standard Settlement of variance , Analysis of variances Calculating depreciation, Interest. Raising of inter-company debit notes on service transactions Accounting of foreign expenses / review Preparation of annual accounts in schedule VI format and compilation of related schedules.
