Chartered Accountant (Controllership, MIS & Financial Planning)

**Position:**Chartered Accountant Controllership, MIS & Financial Planning **Department:**Finance & Accounts **Reporting To:**Finance Controller / CFO **Location:**Bangalore **Role Overview** We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage controllership activities, financial reporting, MIS preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The candidate will play a key role in driving financial discipline, management reporting, business analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Preparation and review of Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management. - Preparation of budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections. - Variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts with actionable insights. - Monitoring financial performance and key business KPIs. - Support business planning and strategic financial decision-making. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards including Ind AS. - Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants. - Review general ledger balances, reconciliations, and financial controls. - Preparation of cash flow forecasts and working capital analysis. - Support in consolidation of financial statements and group reporting. - Develop and improve reporting automation and financial dashboards. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems. - Assist management in cost optimization and profitability analysis. - Support during board meetings and preparation of financial presentations. **Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Ind AS. - Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. - Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or D365. - Ability to prepare business forecasts and management presentations. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. - Good understanding of budgeting, cash flows, and business performance analysis. **Educational Qualification** Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience **03**years of relevant experience in controllership, MIS reporting, financial planning, forecasting, and financial statement preparation. Preferred Industry Exposure Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing or any large corporate environment.
