Chartered Accountant

**Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings) - Handle audits (Internal & Statutory) and coordinate with auditors - Manage taxation, including tax planning and filing returns - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting - Ensure accuracy in accounting records and financial reporting - Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency - Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws - Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under deadlines **Qualifications:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified (Mandatory) - Articleship completed from a reputed firm **Preferred:** - Experience in financial services / stock broking industry - Knowledge of SEBI compliance (if applicable)
