**Job DescriptionPosition: Chartered Accountant FresherFunction:** Finance & Accounts **Industry:** Manufacturing **Location:** Hyderabad (Plant Location) - Near Shamshabad **Experience:** Fresher 01 Year **Qualification:** CA Qualified **Role Overview:**We are looking for a **young and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher** to join our Finance & Accounts team in a manufacturing environment. The role will provide exposure to **plant finance, cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, internal controls, and business finance**.The candidate will work closely with the Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business teams to support financial decision-making and ensure effective financial controls. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Plant Finance & Accounting** - Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities at the manufacturing unit. - Assist in preparation and review of plant financial statements and MIS. - Monitor manufacturing-related expenses and identify cost variances. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. **2. Costing & Cost Control** - Assist in product costing, standard costing, and cost analysis. - Analyze material, labour, power, overhead, and manufacturing costs. - Track actual costs against budgets/standards and highlight variances. - Support initiatives for cost optimization and operational efficiency. - Prepare cost-related reports and management dashboards. **3. MIS & Management Reporting** - Prepare monthly and periodic MIS reports for management. - Analyze key financial and operational performance indicators. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Provide financial insights to support business and operational decisions. **4. Budgeting & Forecasting** - Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process. - Coordinate with various departments for collection and validation of budget inputs. - Track actual performance against budgets and identify key deviations. - Assist in preparation of business plans and financial projections. **5. Audit & Internal Controls** - Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits. - Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes, and internal controls. - Assist in identifying control gaps and implementing corrective actions. - Maintain appropriate documentation and audit records. **6. Taxation & Statutory Compliance** - Assist in GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities. - Support preparation of tax workings, reconciliations, and returns. - Assist in responding to audit/tax queries and maintaining supporting documentation. **7. Working Capital & Business Finance** - Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory. - Support cash-flow monitoring and analysis. - Analyze inventory levels and ageing to identify opportunities for optimization. - Work with cross-functional teams to improve working capital efficiency. **8. Process Improvement & Automation** - Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting. - Support implementation of automation and digital finance initiatives. - Leverage ERP/SAP and MS Excel for analysis and reporting. - Prepare dashboards and analytical reports for management review. **Key Skills Required** - Strong knowledge of Accounting, Costing, Financial Reporting, and Taxation. - Good understanding of manufacturing finance concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - MS Excel - Advanced expertise. - SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude. - Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/plant environment. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Strong academic record and analytical orientation. - Should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. - Willingness to work closely with plant/business teams. **Career Opportunity:**This role offers an opportunity for a **CA Fresher to build strong expertise in Manufacturing Finance**, with exposure to plant operations, costing, MIS, business finance, budgeting, taxation, audits, and financial controls.
