Hiring: Chartered AccountantLocation: JaipurIndustry: EPC / Infrastructure / Project-Based CompanyExperience: Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experienceQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)We are looking for a Senior Chartered Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s taxation, financial matters, banking operations, and site-related financial controls. The role requires a strong professional who can not only handle core finance functions but also lead teams, streamline processes, and ensure smooth financial and operational coordination across head office and project sites.Key Responsibilities:Oversee direct and indirect taxation, compliance, assessments, notices, and related mattersSupervise all financial matters, including accounting, MIS, finalization, audits, and internal controlsManage and monitor banking operations, including fund-based and non-fund-based limits, documentation, compliance, and coordination with banks/financial institutionsEnsure proper financial oversight of project sites, including cost monitoring, billing support, fund flow, and financial disciplineLead and manage finance/accounts teams and ensure proper reporting systemsCoordinate with management on strategic financial decisions and operational mattersDrive process improvement, compliance culture, and timely reporting across departments and sitesIdeal Candidate:Strong leadership and team management abilitySound knowledge of taxation, finance, banking, and complianceExperience in handling multi-location/site operations will be preferredAbility to work closely with management and oversee both strategic and day-to-day financial operationsLocal candidates from Jaipur may be preferred.
