Chartered Accountant

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage financial accounting, reporting, and financial statements for high-rise luxury residential projects. - Oversee project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and financial planning. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory regulations. - Monitor project expenses, vendor payments, and contractor billing. - Prepare and review monthly financial reports, MIS, and budget variance analysis. - Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, banks, and financial institutions. - Manage project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliations. - Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain accurate financial records. - Support financial due diligence, audits, and RERA-related financial compliance. - Coordinate with sales, procurement, QS, and project teams to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
