Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the companys accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and financial control functions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and excellent communication skills to manage customer financial interactions, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. This role requires close coordination with customers, operations, and leadership to ensure smooth financial processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting for Indian Accounting • Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and financial dashboards • Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance • Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Customer Financial Coordination • Handle customer invoicing, billing, and reconciliation • Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and financial queries • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections • Build and maintain strong financial relationships with customers Excel & Data Management • Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards) • Prepare detailed financial models and reports • Maintain accurate financial records and databases with entries in Tally or similar accounting software Accounting & Compliance • Coordinate with accounting team for accurate bookkeeping • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies • Assist with audits, GST, and other financial requirements Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with operations, sales, and customer success teams • Support management in strategic financial decisions Required Qualifications • CA • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or service industry is a plus Required Skills Technical Skills • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level mandatory) • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills • Knowledge of accounting principles Communication Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer handling and relationship management skills • Ability to clearly explain financial information to customers Soft Skills • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset • High level of ownership and accountability • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable) • Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems • Experience in customer billing and collections • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry Compensation • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance-based incentives • Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company
