**CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT :**
- Manage accounts, taxation & financial reporting.
- Handle audit & statutory compliance.
- Support IPO, DRHP & NSE/BSE listing requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants & merchant bankers.
- Prepare MIS, budgets & financial analysis.
- Ensure Companies Act, SEBI, GST & Income Tax compliance.
