**Chartered Accountant Internal Finance** **Location:** Chennai Chetpet **Experience:** 0 to 5 Years **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Department:** Finance & Accounts **About the Role** We are looking for a qualified **Chartered Accountant** to join our Internal Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash flow management, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage finance and compliance activities within defined timelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain, review, and finalize books of accounts. - Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. - Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance. - Prepare and file TDS returns and manage related compliance. - Handle bank reconciliations and review accounting entries. - Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management. - Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and daily financial positions. - Prepare cash flow statements and assist with financial planning. - Manage and monitor petty cash and business expenses. - Verify invoices, payments, expenses, and supporting documentation. - Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. - Ensure timely completion of statutory, tax, and financial compliance. - Assist management with financial analysis, reports, and decision-making requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders as required. **Requirements** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. - 0–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Strong understanding of cash flow and financial management. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
