Job Description Chartered Accountant (CA) **Company Name:** North Construction **Department:** Accounts & Finance **Designation:** Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of TDS, GST, balance sheet preparation, taxation, and financial reporting to manage the company's accounting and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities - Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and related compliances. - Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings. - Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports. - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. - Ensure timely filing of income tax returns and other statutory returns. - Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation. - Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny. - Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. - Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. Required Skills & Qualifications - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, taxation, and accounting principles. - Practical experience in balance sheet preparation and financial reporting. - Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit procedures. - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. - Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience Experience in construction or real estate accounting will be preferred.
