**OPTIMUS CAPITAL** **Chartered Accountant / CA (Intern) - Accounts & Investments** Family Office - Hyderabad **THE ROLE** **Position -**Chartered Accountant - Accounts & Investments **Organization -**Optimus Capital **Location -**Hyderabad **Reports to**Manager Investment Accounting, MIS & Financial Planning **Qualificationz-**Chartered Accountant / CA (Intern) **Employment-**Full-time Do the day-to-day investment and fund accounting. Keep the demat accounting for share investments, including charges. Account for dividends. Account for mutual fund redemptions and complete the forms that go with them. File OPI returns half-yearly. **Books and payments** Pass bank entries for Optimus Capital. Oversee the personal books and keep those entries complete. Pass salary entries, finalize salary workings, and pass pension entries. Make professional tax payments & Monthly Returns. Work the TDS and file the TDS forms. Account for car loans, other loans, and the interest on them. **Property** Issue invoices for rentals. Account for real estate investments from sale deeds, agreements of sale and the papers that go with them.
