Chartered Accountant - Projects / Real Estate

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects from initiation to completion. - Oversee project finance activities including fund raising, cash flow management, cost control, variance analysis, and tax compliance. - Ensure accurate financial reporting and MIS reporting for hotel projects. - Develop and implement effective capitalization strategies to optimize returns on investment (ROI). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 12-20 years of experience in accountancy or related field with expertise in project accounting/finance & accounts. - CA qualification mandatory; relevant postgraduate degree preferred. - Strong understanding of financial planning principles, project financing concepts, and budgetary control techniques.
