Chartered Accountant - Real Estate

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Conduct audits and reviews of client's books of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients on real estate transactions, depreciation rules, and other related matters. - Assist in preparing budgets for new projects or business ventures. **Job Requirements :** - 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting industry. - Strong knowledge of GST (Goods & Services Tax) laws and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; ability to learn quickly is an added advantage.
