Chartered Accountant - Real Estate

Position: Chartered Accountant, Real Estate Company: Black Opal Consultants Ltd Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Noida, Sector 129 Experience: 1-2 Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Black Opal is looking for a CA to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, MIS, financial reporting, and project finance. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end/year-end closing. - Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances. - Coordinate with internal/external auditors and prepare audit documentation. - Prepare MIS, financial reports, and budget-vs.-actual analysis. - Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis. - Assist in project-wise financial review and expense monitoring. - Coordinate with consultants and cross-functional teams as required. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, GST, TDS & Financial Reporting. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Preferred: - CA Fresher or experienced with relevant articleship exposure in Audit, Taxation, Accounting, or Finance. - Exposure to real estate, construction, hospitality, or project-based businesses will be an advantage. - Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred.
