**Company:** SHARK AUDITORS, Chartered Accountants **Location:** Noida, Uttar Pradesh **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Work from Office **Experience:** 2 to 5 Years (Post-Qualification) **Job Description** SHARK & ASSOCIATES, an established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Noida, invites applications from qualified and experienced Chartered Accountants capable of independently handling taxation, auditing and corporate compliance assignments. **Key Responsibilities** - Preparation, review and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other entities. - Preparation and filing of GST Returns, reconciliations and related compliances. - Conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits, including finalisation of Financial Statements. - Incorporation of Private Limited Companies, LLPs and other business entities. - Handling MCA/ROC filings and corporate law compliances. - Representing clients in Income Tax and GST assessments, notices and related proceedings. - Supervising accounting assignments and reviewing the work of junior team members. - Independently managing client assignments, professional correspondence and statutory deadlines. **Candidate Requirements** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA). - 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with a practising CA firm. - Strong practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Auditing and Companies Act compliances. - Proficiency in Tally, Income Tax and GST Portals, MCA Portal and MS Excel. - Ability to independently manage professional assignments and communicate effectively with clients. **What We Offer** - Exposure to diverse taxation, auditing and corporate advisory assignments. - Opportunity to independently manage client portfolios. - Professional growth in an established and expanding Chartered Accountancy practice. - Competitive remuneration commensurate with qualifications, experience and professional capabilities. **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to email their latest updated CV to: **OFFICE@SHARKAUDITORS.COM or send WhatsApp Message at +91 9717 00 2510**
