Chartered Accountant (Stock Market Background)

**Key Responsibilities** - Manage accounts, financial statements and monthly reporting. - Oversee accounting and reconciliation of equity, derivatives and other investment transactions. - Handle applicable income tax, GST and TDS filings. - Coordinate statutory and internal audits and resolve audit queries. - Monitor cash flow, margins, investment positions and financial exposure. - Support regulatory reporting and compliance with applicable SEBI and stock exchange requirements. - Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate financial records. **Requirements** - Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant stock market or capital markets experience. - Understanding of equity trading, derivatives, settlement processes and investment accounting. - Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting. - Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
