**Veeda** **Clinical** **Research Ltd.** **JOB** **DESCRIPTION:** 1. Knowledge about Indian Accounting Standard specifically Ind AS 115 (Revenue Recognition , 110 (Consolidation of FS), 102 (ESOP). 2. Has performed due diligence (financial/legal) and valuation of shares and securities and impairment testing. Liaise with the valuation team for the above purpose. 3. Preparation and presentation of quarterly financial statements (standalone and consolidated). Preparation of various data like monthly MIS, Quarterly Financials, forecasting, budget, projections as and when required by various stakeholders. 4. Hands-on experience reconciliation of books of accounts with bank statements and reconciliation with inter-company transactions. 5. Has performed consolidation of foreign subsidiary in his working/article ship experience and preparation and presentation of converged financial statements (IGAAP/IFRS/FRS). 6. Knowledge about software :- Tally, SAP (Quick books/Xero/Sage would be preferable) 7. Very fluent with English language as the job involves communication with foreign nationals. 8. Basic knowledge about late phase clinical trial (Hospitality/Pharma industry). **Education Qualification-**Chartered Accountant **Experience** **Range0-2**years
