Chief Financial Officer

Provide strategic financial direction to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.Align financial planning with corporate vision and future IPO roadmap.Partner with the CEO and Board on key financial decisions and capital structuring.Oversee all accounting, taxation, banking, audit, and finance functions across groupEnsure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books in a timely and accurate manner.Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency across the group.Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (Direct/Indirect Taxes, Companies Act, etc.).Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit completion.Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risk.Preferred candidate profileQualified CA / CMA with 15+ years experience in leading Finance function in manufacturing organisation with at least 8 years in textile / garment sectorFluency in Tamil mandatoryExcellent stakeholder management skillsCompensation will be the best in industry
