CPA / US Accounting & Taxation Professional

Company: TAC SecurityLocation: Mohali (Chandigarh)Experience: 3–9 years (flexible based on profile)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleTAC Security is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and general ledger operations.Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews.Monitor financial controls, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.Assist with tax filings, documentation, and regulatory reporting, as applicable.Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management for business decisions.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to company policies.Required Skills and QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or progress toward CPA certification.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.3–9 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with a technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.Knowledge of US GAAP and relevant US tax regulations.Experience supporting international accounting operations.Familiarity with financial audits and compliance frameworks.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply with their updated resumes.
