Deputy Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis (CA Qualified)

**Role & responsibilities** - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key business performance metrics and financial trends. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in coordination with various business teams. - Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and MIS reports to support management decision-making. - Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, margins, and other key financial KPIs to identify business opportunities and risks. - Support preparation of business performance reviews, management presentations, and financial updates for leadership. - Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance, validate financial data, and improve financial visibility. - Assist in cash flow planning, financial projections, and scenario analysis. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiency, and improved financial performance. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial reports and analysis. **Preferred candidate profile** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI. - Relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting. - Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, and variance analysis. - Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools and BI dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial insights to business stakeholders. - High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work with tight deadlines.
