Location: Andheri , Mumbai💼 Position: Deputy General Manager – Finance & Control👤 Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)🎯 Career Track: Full-time | Senior Finance LeadershipAre you a Chartered Accountant ready to take the next step in your finance leadership career?We are looking for an accomplished DGM – Finance & Control to partner with the CFO and drive financial excellence across corporate finance, manufacturing operations, treasury, governance and investor reporting for a reputed organisation.🔑 Key Responsibilities✅ Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 finance professionals across corporate and plant finance.✅ Drive plant accounting, product costing, inventory valuation and standard vs. actual variance analysis.✅ Lead statutory and internal audit coordination, financial controls and audit query resolution.✅ Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and credit facilities.✅ Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly MIS, EBITDA analysis and business performance reporting.✅ Strengthen corporate governance, Related Party Transaction (RPT) controls and financial compliance.✅ Support investor presentations, financial due diligence and credit rating reviews.✅ Improve ERP-driven financial processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.🎯 Ideal Candidate ProfileQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.8–10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, controllership or plant accounting.Manufacturing, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.Listed-company experience preferred.Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing statutory auditors, banks, rating agencies and corporate governance requirements.Strong knowledge of Ind AS, budgeting, treasury, costing, MIS and Related Party Transactions.ERP exposure, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, with a focus on automation and financial controls.🚀 Why Consider This Opportunity?An excellent opportunity for a finance leader to work closely with the CFO, influence strategic decisions and contribute to organisational growth, financial discipline and investor readiness.📩 Interested candidates: Share your updated CV with Bizelite HR.📧 Email: hr@bizelitehr.com📱 WhatsApp your CV: 9820601211
