Role SummaryWe are looking for a newly qualified CA with 1-1.5 years of experience to join our Finance team. You will support day-to-day accounting, reporting, compliance and audit activities, and grow into a broader finance role.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & CloseMaintain books of accounts and ensure accurate, timely posting of entriesSupport month-end and year-end closing, including provisions, accruals and reconciliationsPerform bank, vendor and inter-company reconciliationsReporting & MISPrepare monthly MIS, variance analysis and management reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting and cash flow trackingAssist in preparing financial statements as per Ind AS / IGAAPTaxation & ComplianceSupport GST, TDS and income tax compliance, including working, filing and reconciliationsCoordinate with consultants and ensure statutory due dates are metAudit & ControlsAssist in statutory, internal and tax audits by preparing schedules and responding to queriesFollow internal controls and flag process gaps or exceptionsCross-functional SupportCoordinate with Procurement, Sales, HR and Operations on finance-related queriesSupport process improvements and automation in finance operations
